Learn Black jack: Dealing cards

Let's continue and learn Black jack card dealing! Once all the gamblers have finished their bets, the croupier deals the cards. One by one every gambler is dealt two cards face up and the croupier takes himself two cards, 1 face up and other face down. As soon as all the gamers have got their cards, the croupier proceeds from one gamer to another so that each gambler can make his choice of how does he/she want to play his hand.

The basic decisions in Blackjack game include:

Surrender option lets the gambler surrend his hand and get back 0.5 of his primarily wager.

Hit is having one more card.

Standing option means having no cards.

Doubling option means doubling a wager and asking to be dealt simply one extra card.

Splitting is asking to divide player’s hand to make two separate hands and double the first bet. This solution is allowed just if the first 2 cards given are of the same value.

Insuring is an option available for the players in case the dealer facing up card is the Ace. The insurance bet pays off 2 to 1 and commonly counts as 0.5 of the initial wager. If the croupier has a Natural, the player gives away the first bet, but receives the insurance bet as well as the pay out back.

After all the gamblers have made a choice of the option, the croupier gambles his hand. The dealer turns up the down card (also called the hole card) and makes a choice of whether to hit or stand. The dealer acts only according to the casino rules, it is forbidden that the dealer plays on his own. All the dealers must ask for more cards till the value of the hand is 17 or higher. From time to time the regulations and rules may differ according to if the hand is soft or hard 17 (has or does not have the Ace), nonetheless, the primarily rule deals with all the 17s.

Learn Black jack: Natural

The hand value 21 in the first 2 cards (a ten-valued card and the Ace) is named a Blackjack or a Natural. This hand is the strongest hand and pays out 3 to 2 unless dealer’s hand is a Blackjack too, which means the hands Push (tie) (all bets are given back in full). It is worth mentioning that in case the first 2 cards are two Aces and player has chosen to split, and one of the next cards is ten-valued one, such hand is not viewed as a Natural, but simply a hand combination with a hand total of 21.
